L’Illa Café & Bistro is a restaurant in Pollensa which is located in the main square of the town, where there is also the church, a large architectural reference within the northern island culture which dates back from the 14th century. In the square is where all the towns’ neighbours meet and socialize.
On Sundays there is a market and the square fills up with both visitors and locals which go to buy their weekly fruit and vegetables and find time to have their daily conversations in one of Pollensa’s restaurants, and also have a typical vermouth after eating (which by the way, on Sunday’s its traditional to eat paella, and we make some delicious ones!)
