Selection of homemade tapas. Our variety of tapas has been created and thought of to give a different touch to L’illa Café compared to other restaurants. We wish to offer a wide range of quality food, and that’s why we can find dishes such as Sirloin steak with candied potatoes, chicken wings with chilli sauce, provolone with toast or battered camembert with tomato coulis. They all sound delicious, don’t they? Wait until you’ve tried them!
Paellas
Once we have mentioned our tapas we can’t forget our delicious paellas. Originating in Valencia, paellas have become an essential part of any table, not only in Spanish cooking but also around the world, creating own variations. We our true to Mediterranean recipes, so we offer three types of Paella which are most liked in our area:
- Mixed Paella. Delicious paella, which like our beautiful town of Pollensa, mixed the best of the mountain with the smooth taste of the sea. A combination of fish, meat and seafood which will make you want to have an extra serving before finishing.
- Seafood Paella. The classic paella which any sea lover adores. Made of different fish and seafood, this paella will fill your mouth with the best of tastes.
- Vegetable Paella.Specially created for those who wish to eat the best paella and enjoy all of its taste, but at the same time wish to leave out the meat and fish.
Our selection of meats. Meat lovers, this is your section. For sure that your mouth waters every time you remember the best meat you have eaten, doesn’t it? Well here comes the same feeling. Starting with our magnificent Illa Special hamburgers with caramelized onion, bacon and cheese, passing through our traditionally roasted lamb and moving onto our grilled T-bone with roast potatoes and vegetables, amongst many others, our meat dishes will leave you wanting to lick your fingers.
Fresh fish? How about a tuna fillet with vegetable puree and tomato compote? Or maybe grilled sole with mixed vegetables, roast potato and basil oil?
Menus for little ones, which also want their dishes! Hamburgers, pizzas, pasta or nuggets… let them decide because only they know what they want!
